street noise hot room
the staff was helpful. they gave good directions.
my room was far too hot. i opened the window, but street noise kept me awake. it seemed like the noise never stopped, even late into the night. i wish i had brought earplugs.

warm breakfast beautiful view
the provided breakfast was really good, it came warm right at the time i chose. the hotel also has a wonderful terrace on the roof, i saw a beautiful view from it.

Lovely Central Stay
convenient location handy kettle helpful staff fresh air
I appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance to many attractions. The room had a handy electric kettle and a mini fridge, which i found very useful. The staff was helpful. They ALWAYS seemed present when i needed something. The windows opened, crucial. I really value fresh air.
The bathroom was not as modern as the rest of the room. It could use some updating.

welcome gift nearby transport
the location impressed me it was super close to transport i saw plenty happening nearby i stayed in a standard double or twin room it was larger than expected. a nice welcome gift awaited me in the fridge i thought that was thoughtful
the breakfast system was a bit inflexible i had to order one day in advance i forgot to submit the order sheet one day i could not have breakfast the next day there was no flexibility

A charming experience
nice breakfast complimentary wine plentiful choice fresh coffee
I had a continental breakfast, and its choice was plentiful. Everything tasted nice and was well presented. I received a full thermo jar with fresh coffee. The hotel offers a complimentary glass of wine every evening I think between 6-7pm, a really nice touch.
My room felt very uncomfortable throughout the night due excessive heat. Proper ventilation was not present, and there was no air-conditioning.

Breakfast was served on a tray, I could ask for more if desired. The free wine in the evenings was a nice addition, guests can enjoy it on the roof terrace with comfortable seating. I really liked this.

My room included a fridge and a table, it was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable, I slept very well. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially at the reception, which I appreciate a lot.
